Shipping and returns
It is our priority to provide you with the best possible product, service and delivery.
Your order will be carefully processed and shipped as soon as possible. Please allow up
to 72 hours for order processing, before your package is shipped. Custom orders may
take and additional 24 hours.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind
when selecting your shipping options.
All orders are shipped UPS Ground, 3 Day Select & UPS Express for Canadian and
International orders. Please review the map below to determine the proximate number of days it
will take to ship from our location in Milford,Pa to where you want the package to
delivered. The number of days reflect business days not weekends or holidays.
Shipping amount is always 10-20% of your order do to the heavy weight of the stems each Stem pack is 300grams plus packing material. Unless otherwise specified by Flyer or advertisement. Please let us know if your shipment is eligible to receive free shipping. All certified Thai Wellness Practitioners get FREE shipping plus discount.
Return Policy
Once the vacum wrapping of a Thai Herbalist is broken and opened it is considered contaminated. We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged upon receipt.
